Field Technician – Full Time

Cutting Edge Renovation & Painting, LLC is looking for a dependable, experienced Field Technician to join our renovation and painting team.

This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in remodeling, repairs, painting, carpentry, flooring, drywall, or general construction. The Field Technician will assist with a variety of residential and commercial renovation projects while maintaining quality workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, and professional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, can follow directions, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Perform general repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, trim, carpentry, and other project tasks.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
• Follow instructions from leads, supervisors, and project managers.
• Prepare and protect work areas before starting work.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Help load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite expectations.
• Use company-required mobile apps to track job information, time, and project updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable construction, renovation, painting, or handyman experience required.
• Ability to work on a variety of project types, alone or with a team.
• Basic hand tools and power tools required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to communicate in English for safety, jobsite instructions, and customer communication.
• Valid driver’s license required.
