Our work includes interior and exterior painting, kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring installation, drywall repair, carpentry, windows and doors, and a wide range of general improvement projects. Whether it’s a single-room update or a larger renovation, our team focuses on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and long-lasting results.

Yes. Cutting Edge Renovation and Painting is fully licensed and insured.

How do I get a free quote for my project

Getting a free quote is easy. Simply call us at 352-414-1442 or fill out our online request form. We’ll ask a few quick questions about the scope of your project, along with your email address and phone number.

Once we have that information, we’ll schedule a time for a member of our team to visit your property and review the area in person. After the site visit, a detailed quote will be prepared and sent to you within 48 hours.

How does the process work?

Once you approve your free quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule. After the deposit is received, your project is officially scheduled and we’ll begin coordinating the next steps. Our team will communicate timelines, answer any questions, and prepare everything needed for your project to begin. When your start date arrives, we’ll show up ready to work and keep you informed throughout the process until the job is complete.

Do I need to be home while the work is being done?

No, you do not need to be home while work is being completed, as long as you’re comfortable allowing our team to work while you’re away. For interior projects, we will need access to your home during the scheduled work times. All members of our team have completed background checks, so you can feel confident about who is in your space.

How should I prepare my space before work begins?

efore work begins, please remove personal items, décor, and valuables from the work area. We also recommend clearing furniture and ensuring our team has easy access to the space. For interior projects, securing pets and providing access to necessary areas will help the project run smoothly.

For exterior projects, please move vehicles, outdoor furniture, grills, planters, and other items away from the work area. Clearing gates, walkways, and yard access points will help our team work efficiently and safely. If any additional preparation is needed, our team will communicate this with you in advance.
